Paper dolls
I was perusing the
net looking for fun designs and found this paper doll set for $1
at
Designs by SICK.
This was just too cute and too good a deal to pass up.
When I was little I
had the mumps (yeah, I'm that old) and my mom bought me a paper
doll set called Wendy's Wardrobe to keep me busy while I had
to stay in bed. This set had paper so you could create your own
clothes and it included paper lace & other trims.
You got to design all the clothes and decorate them
however you wanted.
I loved that set and played with it for hours until all the
paper was gone. Plus
I have a sister named Wendy and she got a set too.
I know that's an irrelevant tangent but I thought it
deserved a mention.
So for those of you
who still like to play little girl games, this set is for you.
It includes the paper doll on the needle book and 3
outfits to dress her up in.
There is a dressy dress, a school outfit & a play set.
You can dress them according to your mood. Feeling
playful, she can wear the play set and be playful right along
with you.
Specifics
A little Campbell's girl paper doll adorns
the front. She has her little dog with her. There is
a tag with 3 paper doll dresses. "P is for Paperdolls" is
in one corner. Three inchies with small red flowers sit
between the paperdoll pieces.
Inside is a sepia tag with Playtimes Past and a
clock. There is a copper colored glittered chipboard
titled "memories" aside a small tag that says, "Looking Back."

The scissors sheath has a very dressy
outfit with a big red bow in front and a blue sash.

The outfit on the pincushion is a
school dress with a flower on the front and a gold necklace.
There is a golden needle for good luck.
Needle book: 3" x 5"
The paper doll is on the needle book cover. She comes
with 3 outfits in which to dress her.
The needle book has 2 pockets on the inside in which to tuck
your needle packets, seam ripper or other small items.
Thimble Box:
1.25" high x 1" in

A big white daisy sits atop the thimble box.
Bonus:
Bonus items include a thimble, a tape
measure shaped like a house and a small pair of snips in the
scissors sheath.
